et surtout en dernière page, on apprend que les bâtons élémentaires influent sur les dégats, video a l'appui

Acutally,
adding element to staff does increase that element magic damage. For
example, with Loki's rod you do more damage with fire magic then with
Rudra's staff (evne though they have same stats), works the other way
around too, with Rudra's staff you do more damage with wind magic.
Compare if you want to, the difference not so big as with other weapons,
but you do get bit more damage.

Someone uploaded a video, where he compared loki and rudra, while using fire magic,

He got about 200 extra damage against fire weak wraith with loki, compared to rudra
